| In consideration of the American Coach Association accepting this reservation for the Rally mentioned above, I (we) agree to hold harmless, release and discharge the American Coach Association, it's officers, directors, representatives, agents, servants, and employees as well as the Local Chapter and other organizers of the rally, their insurers and all others acting on their behalf (collectively the "ACA") of and from any and all claims, debts, liabilities, actions and causes of action, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, arising out or or in connection with my (our) attendance at the Rally, or traveling to or from the Rally. I (we) agree that we will bring no claims, actions or causes against the ACA based on the foregoing. |
